Solid arrows point from a submodule to the (sub)module which it is descended from. Dashed arrows point from a module or program unit to modules which it uses.

integer,	private,	allocatable	::	isafety(:,:)			Distance, in blocks, from the active zone, for every block of every rank. The lookups at the bottom of this file index it by (igrid, ipe) straight out of the neighbour tables, so it stays a full [max_blocks, 0:npe-1] table. Only the exchange is sized by the number of leaves; see gather_isafety. Kept between calls rather than allocated per regrid.
